Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 3333bid.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

All players must meet the following eligibility criteria before using the 3333bid platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 3333bid, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis and entirely for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee on behalf of another person for the purposes of placing bets or playing casino games.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 3333bid, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 3333bid or from any other online gambling platform for reasons relating to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• You are not self-excluded from online gambling services. If you have voluntarily self-excluded through 3333bid's responsible gaming tools or through any other mechanism, you must not attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. You accept this risk willingly and are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.

3333bid conducts age and identity verification (KYC) as part of the withdrawal process and at any other point where we have reasonable grounds to question a Player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the verification is completed. Accounts confirmed as belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the source payment method where technically feasible.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. 3333bid accepts no liability for underage access that results from a failure to secure devices used by children or young people.

Account Registration and Security

Rules governing the creation, maintenance, and security of your 3333bid account.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 3333bid will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Suspicious activity: You must notify 3333bid immediately via live chat or email at support@3333bid if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Account non-transferability: Your 3333bid account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transaction rules applicable to all deposits and withdrawal requests on the 3333bid platform.

All financial transactions on 3333bid are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods and applicable limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 3333bid does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 3333bid accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases. Where a delay occurs, the deposit will be credited within 24 hours once confirmed by the payment provider.
• 3333bid reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its discretion where fraud is suspected or where the deposit does not comply with these terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will remain pending until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 72 hours, depending on the payment method selected and internal verification requirements at the time of the request.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 3333bid reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals of real-money funds that were never wagered (i.e., deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gameplay) may be subject to an administrative review and a processing fee at 3333bid's discretion.

Bonuses and Promotions

General rules that apply to all bonus offers, promotional credits, and free bet awards on 3333bid.

3333bid offers various promotional incentives to Players, including deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 3333bid contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates per game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus abuse: 3333bid takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through strategies such as low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or collusion will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 3333bid reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to withdraw an offer from any Player who it believes does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus credits have no cash value unless explicitly converted through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using 3333bid, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited activities listed below.

Players are expected to use the 3333bid platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, and the spirit of fair and responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform in any way.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider for any deposit that was legitimately credited to your 3333bid account. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the relevant amount recovered through available legal mechanisms.
• Money laundering: Using 3333bid for the purposes of laundering, concealing, or converting funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 3333bid account, whether for gaming, betting, or payment purposes.
• Platform interference: Attempting to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 3333bid platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or conduct toward 3333bid staff, support agents, or other platform users.

3333bid monitors Player activity on an ongoing basis using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including temporary suspension, account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

Account Suspension and Closure

Circumstances under which a 3333bid account may be suspended, restricted, or permanently closed.

3333bid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The following are among the circumstances that may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any associated policy published by 3333bid.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documentation.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Confirmed underage gambling — the account will be closed immediately and all deposits returned where technically feasible.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by 3333bid.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotional system, including strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent.
• A Player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion via the Platform's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other binding legal instruction requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these terms, 3333bid reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, at a Player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account or apply a self-exclusion may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

The extent of 3333bid's liability to Players in connection with the use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333bid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses from casino games, sports betting, Lucky Bingo, Dragon and Tiger, and slots.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations where such errors are subsequently corrected in accordance with the Platform's error correction policy.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, promotional materials, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 3333bid's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3333bid makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. We recommend that Players maintain their own records of transactions and betting activity and contact support promptly if any discrepancy is identified.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using 3333bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
